Services & Pricing
Fixed-fee forensic building inspection and diagnostic reporting. Every investigation follows a clinical Root-Cause Analysis methodology — the chain of causation is traced from symptom to source.
Not sure which service you need? Submit 4 property photos and receive a root cause analysis, HHSRS risk flags, and recommended next steps — within 24–48 hours, at no cost and no obligation.
Disputed cause of damage? Independent technical investigation of building defects, damage mechanisms and causation relevant to an insurance claim — cause-of-damage, defect versus event-related damage, competing causation and remedial scope, plus the SEE THE DEFECT forensic visualisation add-on and technical dispute support.
