Essential cookies and storage are required for core functionality and cannot be switched off on this site, as the website needs them to operate.

Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics)

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits to our public pages and the number of enquiries that are successfully received. This helps us understand which pages are useful. Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics”; if you reject it or make no choice, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

When analytics is on, we send the page address without query strings or reference details (except a small set of pre-approved campaign labels, such as the name of a search engine or one of our own campaigns; any other campaign text in a link is dropped), the page’s published title, a simplified referring address (another website’s name only), and a count when an enquiry is successfully stored, with the general service type and an indicative starting-fee figure for that service as a label (not a payment or a price agreed with you). We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, address or postcode, the text of your enquiry, uploaded files, case references or enquiry receipt numbers. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and we use no advertising cookies. Google processes this data on our behalf and may process it outside the UK.

Changing or Withdrawing Your Choice

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page, or the button below. Changing your choice does not reload the page. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics collection from that point and remove the Google Analytics cookies we can reach from this site. Withdrawal does not delete information Google has already received.
